Tobin Lake’s history

Tobin Lake is a resort village on the shores of Tobin Lake in the Rural Municipality of Moose Range No. 486, about 34 km northeast of Nipawin. It sits at the end of Highway 255, which is reached from Highway 55.

The community incorporated as a resort village on August 1, 1973. Today it is run by an elected municipal council and an appointed administrator, who meet on the second Tuesday of every month.
